The Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL) is the external dispute
resolution scheme for the non bank credit industry, approved by the
Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
The Credit Ombudsman Service is a free and independent external
dispute resolution (EDR) scheme. It provides consumers with an
alternative to legal proceedings for resolving disputes with
participating Members of the scheme operating in the Credit
marketplace.
